Arjun Randhawa is a clinical psychologist, writer, and digital nomad. Born and raised in New Delhi to a family with rich roots in Gujranwala, Punjab-Pakistan, Lucknow, India, and the Himalayas, he grew up in a deeply multicultural environment, before moving to the Auroville and the ex-French-Colony, Pondichéry in 2023. From a young age, trusted adults noted his quiet gift for building genuine connections with people whose lives and backgrounds were wildly different from his own.

He became a therapist because clarity, shared knowledge, and emotional depth were the very tools that helped him bridge turbulent distances with others, and with himself, while growing up. Today, his clinical practice is entirely location-independent. While his backpack serves as his primary home, he anchors himself whenever he gets the chance between the historic streets of Paris and the quiet, vibrant warmth of South India, and back and forth between East Asia continually studying languages and exploring the nuances of human culture (studying, researching, and insatiably exploring his notes).

As a writer, his cultural critiques and essays have appeared in publications such as Vogue India, The Established, and Catharsis Magazine. Blending his psychological insight with his literary voice, his debut novel (Title: TBA; Release in 2027), is currently being workshopped by literary agents and editors.

Long before he was a therapist, he was a voracious reader. A profound love for literature and queer lives led him to start blogging, editing, and reviewing books for major publishing houses, including Penguin New York and HarperCollins, when he was just fourteen years old, effectively launching his career in marketing and communications.

When he isn’t in a therapy session or working on a manuscript, he is usually hunting for the perfect strong morning coffee or making travel plans for his next destination. He has a profound weakness for rich Italian food, cooking for loved ones, mixing herbs and oils for healing, and picking up (consentually) absolutely any dog that crosses his path. You can often find him sitting on a park bench in the dead of winter lost in a good book, running, visiting friends across the globe, or spinning rare Japanese vinyl pressings of Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, and Simon & Garfunkel.
